On the shores of Rabodanges' lake, a stretch of water of 96 ha, you will enjoy many types of waterskiing. If you wish to have something to eat after a day on water, the restaurant "La Rotonde", with its terrace overlooking the lake, is at your disposal. Lovely little town on the river Orne, you will find in Putanges Pont Écrepin all kind of commerces, restaurants et services (banks, doctors, topurist office, etc). Putanges is also a starting point for the cruise along the Orne (with lunch and dinner on board). La Ferme du Bois de Putanges, leisure center in close proximity, will allow you to practice canoeing or mountain biking (possibility to rent bikes)

Built on the site of an ancient stronghold, Rabodanges' chateau was built between 1630 and 1667 under the reign of Louis XIII, when Richelieu ordered the destruction of the ancient feudal castles in 1628. During the season, you can visit the exterior and appreciate the typical achitecture of the XVII century.

The atypical church of Ménil Gondouin will astonish you with its fully-painted frontage. Adorned by abbot Victor Paysant, it was baptised "Living and Speaking Church of Ménil-Gonduoin" due to the many texts and pictures painted by the abbot. The paintings were erased by the following abbot, but in 2004 the local mayor, helped by an association, entirely restored the church. An oddity you wouldn't want to miss !
